Included VC Launches Africa Investor Fellowship to Boost VC Ecosystem

Included VC has officially launched a dedicated Africa investor fellowship, marking a significant milestone in the effort to strengthen and diversify the continent’s venture capital landscape. The programme, open to individuals across all 54 African countries and the diaspora, is fully funded and designed for aspiring investors who are serious about breaking into early-stage investing within the next 6 to 12 months.

The Africa investor fellowship is part-time, delivered entirely online, and tailored specifically to the realities of building investment careers on the continent. It is not a generic course participants gain access to top-tier VC masterclasses, investment committee simulations, mentorship from world-class investors, and a lifelong global peer community.

A Fellowship Built for Africa’s Next Investor Generation

Over the last five years, Included VC has helped more than 100 individuals secure paid investment roles in venture capital globally, with fellows going on to become fund managers, platform leads, ecosystem builders, and founders who collectively raised more than $50 million. The Africa-specific initiative now brings that same transformative approach home to the continent.

Included VC’s multi-generational mission is to ensure the next generation of investors are representative of the society we currently live in, a goal this fellowship directly advances by targeting underrepresented talent across Africa.

Globally, over 85% of fellows actively seeking VC roles have successfully entered the ecosystem, a track record that gives this Africa investor fellowship considerable credibility. Applications are open now and close on 29 May. Interested candidates can apply via Included VC’s official website and learn more about the programme through Disrupt Africa’s original report.
