Upon closing, WinWire will add more than 1,000 skilled Azure engineers and Microsoft specialists to NTT DATA, bringing deep experience across Microsoft environments, including Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI Foundry.

Headquartered in Santa Clara, California, with global delivery centers in India, WinWire founded by Ashu Goel and Vineet Arora in 2007, and has evolved its capabilities to help enterprises operationalise AI at scale. The company earned six Microsoft Partner of the Year recognitions over the past six years and became an early participant in Microsoft’s Agentic Partner Alliance Program.

This transaction marks the culmination of a successful five-year partnership with WinWire, during which the company more than doubled in size and reinforced its position as a leading Microsoft services partner. Sverica, which manages approximately $2.2 billion in committed capital, followed what it calls a “business builder” approach throughout its ownership.
