Google has just released the Google Gemini 3 AI model, and it is a major leap forward. The tech giant announced the launch on November 18, 2025, marking a new chapter in AI development. CEO Sundar Pichai described the moment as the start of an entirely new era.
The Google Gemini 3 AI model outperforms every previous Gemini version on major benchmarks. It tops the LMArena Leaderboard with a record score of 1,501 Elo. Furthermore, it achieves 91.9% on GPQA Diamond, a test that demands PhD-level reasoning.
Additionally, Gemini 3 scores 81% on MMMU-Pro for multimodal understanding. It also hits 72.1% on SimpleQA Verified, showing strong gains in factual accuracy. These results make it one of the most capable AI models ever built.
Beyond raw performance, Gemini 3 understands context and intent far better than before. Consequently, users get more accurate answers with less prompting. Google says the model can now, in effect, “read the room.”
Meanwhile, Gemini 3 Deep Think pushes performance even further. It scores 41% on Humanity’s Last Exam and an unprecedented 45.1% on ARC-AGI-2. However, Google is giving safety testers early access before rolling it out to Google AI Ultra subscribers.
On the developer side, Google is also launching Google Antigravity, a new agentic development platform. It uses Gemini 3 to let AI agents autonomously plan, code, and validate software tasks. Developers can also build with Gemini 3 through Google AI Studio, Vertex AI, and Gemini CLI.
For everyday users, Gemini 3 is rolling out in the Gemini app, AI Mode in Search, and across Google Workspace. Google says more Gemini 3 series models are coming soon.
