Island Series F funding has hit $400 million, pushing the Dallas-based cybersecurity company’s valuation to $6.4 billion. Evolution Equity Partners led the round, with existing and new investors joining. The valuation more than doubles Island’s 2024 level, according to the company’s announcement.
Island first won attention with its Enterprise Browser, a secure browser built for workplace use. Now the company calls its platform an agentic control plane for enterprises. The platform gives organizations visibility, control, and auditing over human workers and AI agents alike. That matters because agents can access applications, data, and internal systems with growing independence.
The new capital from the Island Series F will fuel growth and innovation as enterprises scale their AI agents. Moreover, backers point to strong momentum. Gili Raanan of Cyberstarts, an early investor, said Island doubles its annual recurring revenue each year. Evolution Equity’s Richard Seewald said Island can govern what people and agents do across applications and data.
Existing investors also joined the round. They include Prysm Capital, Sequoia Capital, Coatue Management, Cyberstarts, Insight Partners, and J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners. Cybersecurity entrepreneur Dmitri Alperovitch made another personal investment as well. Meanwhile, Island employs about 1,000 people and has raised more than $1 billion since 2020.
Recognition has followed that growth. CNBC placed Island on its 2026 Disruptor 50 list. Similarly, Frost & Sullivan named Island its 2026 Global Zero Trust Browser Security Company of the Year. The Island Series F round shows how strongly investors now back tools that govern AI agents.
